Qualifications

•Ideal candidate has 4+ years of Accounting/Finance/ Business as well as knowledge of Tableau software and Salesforce

•Four-years of experience in a financial analyst role

•Comfortable modeling and reconciling large volumes of data

•Has a natural ability to understand reporting tools

•A good communicator who is naturally curious

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business

•4+ years of related experience

•Excellent excel skills, including pivot tables and v-look ups

•Forecasting software experience also a strong plus

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

•Demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills

•Flexible and adaptable: candidate should be able to switch gears in various high-stress situations and apply themselves to quickly learning new technologies and adopting new methodologies

•Highly analytical

•Attention to detail: candidate should pay attention to detail and take great pride in getting it right

•Candidate must be comfortable working and collaborating in a remote workplace

Responsibilities

•This person will create new reports in Tableau, help migrate reports from other reporting databases into Tableau, will manage the day-to-day operations of the Tableau databases, and will work with our SQL engineers to create/tie-off datasets

•Produce/ analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business reports

•Create ad-hoc reports in Tableau

•Produce monthly (consortia and key agency) reports, working with Sales and Accounting

•Act as the super-user in Tableau for the division

•Be able to support and train (if needed) other departments

•Continue to push Tableau to the next level

•Support migration of other reporting tools to Tableau

•This role will be key in creating and maintaining reporting for Flexi/Report FYI or a new forecasting tool

•This individual will be comfortable jumping in and figuring out new reporting tools, as well as tying off results to financials

•Support the creation of a quarterly forecasts and annual plan

•Support expense and headcount forecasting activities for division

•Work with marketing and sales team to accurately forecast key events and initiative

•Support revenue forecasting by maintaining revenue models and timing cards

•Assist in the role-out of a new forecasting tool

•Help with the set-up, implementation, and training users

•Continually working to streamline processes

•Close Support

•Assist accounting with marketing accruals and month-end accruals

•Run month-end reports and identify variances

•Perform gap analysis to forecast and prior years

•Produce reports during close and forecasts

•Support production of Power Point presentations
