Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an eCommerce Key Account Manager. In this role you will be responsible for growing eCommerce sales with assigned channel accounts by enabling and leveraging these partners’ on-line platforms. Following strategic guidelines and based on experienced online Sales skills, the eCommerce Key Account Manager will support eCommerce sales at key wholesale electrical distribution accounts. What will you do? Key focus will be to grow sales and demand of Schneider Products in eCommerce, including: • Assure that comprehensive product data, content and tools meets the requirements for targeted distributors’ eCommerce platforms • Develop and manage relationships with eComm activities at assigned accounts • Jointly develop eCommerce sales plans with account sales managers • Ensure consistent product launch rollout/release plans and reporting results to all key stakeholders • Monitor pricing alignment between traditional channels and eCommerce platforms • Propose and jointly implement eMarketing campaigns with support of digital marketing resource center • Identify the latest trends and needs in the marketplace for continuous improvements (SEA, SEO, Mobile Marketing, Google analytics…) • Analyze major competitor moves, value chain and business model (GTM) evolution • Prepare eCommerce communication internally and externally for assigned accounts • Define and measure target agreements based on defined online/e-business KPIs Internal Relationships The eCommerce Key Account Manager will be in continuous communication with: • Channel Development organization and specifically key account managers • Key support functions: Lines of Business, Digital Customer Relationship (DCR), Marcom, Global eComm and Operations Team; align with other country eCommerce Marketing Managers to share best practices It is critical that the eCommerce Key Account Manager develops and nurtures a high-quality relationship with other relevant business and functional heads. External Relationships • Identified/assigned key channel accounts’ eCommerce teams • Other companies within related e-business (ex. IDEA, Bazaarvoice, Google) What qualifications will make you successful? • Qualifications: BA/BS in Digital Marketing or equivalent degree • Minimum 3-5 years’ sales and/or online sales development experience: • Experience in developing and leading comprehensive marketing actions plans • Successful experience in account relationship management • Good general understanding of comprehensive e-marketing product data and tools (SEA, SEO, Mobile Marketing, Google Analytics…) • Knowledge of e-marketing KPIs and web analytics • Experience implementing marketing campaigns and demand generation activities Leadership / Competencies / Skills • Relationship Management/Sales • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key individuals at assigned accounts • Closely coordinate all activities with the account sales management team, internally and externally • Leverage unique strengths of key channel accounts to grow on line sales • Structured and well organized • Results oriented • Understanding the eBusiness: • Understand various type of eBusiness propositions and understand how eBusinesses operate in general, particularly with our channel • Capability to understand various business cultures • Very strong customer focus • Excellent understanding of e-marketing principles and methodologies • Operational and pragmatic thinking: • Able to transform strategic thinking into operational business initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes • Excellent analytical ability • Inspiring others and collaborating with others: • Get the most and best out of the resources in a matrix environment • Capability to work efficiently with several stakeholders • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills • Communicates effectively: • Writes and presents effectively; adjusts to fit the audience and the message What's in it for me?
