What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with our team of engineers, project developers, and project managers learning to properly scope engineering work and analyze single-line diagrams gaining familiarity with renewable energy technologies
  • Participate in project meetings and site visits to understand the vision of the projects
  • Lead the launch of our knowledge-sharing wiki, working with our subject matter experts to collect and structure industry knowledge and know-how. Working on the tool roll out and developing company procedures
  • Assist in gathering and updating key performance indicator (KPI) data for reporting


Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of undergraduate sophomore year complete prior to internship start date
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects while delivering results
  • Self-starter who can work independently and contribute to team goals
  • Leadership/participation with campus programs and/or service programs is desired
  • Must be located in AR, FL, IA, IL, IN, MA, ME, NC, OH, PA, or TX
  • Some travel required

The expected compensation for this role is $24/hr, this position is classified as hourly non-exempt.

Calibrant Energy is a rapidly emerging company in the green energy sector. As the Electrical Engineering Intern you will work across all of the Execution team learning critical career knowledge across the entire project life cycle.
