As the Electrical Engineering Intern you will work across all of the Execution team learning critical career knowledge across the entire project life cycle.What You'll Do:Work closely with our team of engineers, project developers, and project managers learning to properly scope engineering work and analyze single-line diagrams gaining familiarity with renewable energy technologiesParticipate in project meetings and site visits to understand the vision of the projectsLead the launch of our knowledge-sharing wiki, working with our subject matter experts to collect and structure industry knowledge and know-how. Working on the tool roll out and developing company proceduresAssist in gathering and updating key performance indicator (KPI) data for reportingRequirementsWho You Are:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degreeMinimum of undergraduate sophomore year complete prior to internship start dateExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skillsAbility to balance multiple projects while delivering resultsSelf-starter who can work independently and contribute to team goalsLeadership/participation with campus programs and/or service programs is desiredMust be located in AR, FL, IA, IL, IN, MA, ME, NC, OH, PA, or TXSome travel requiredWhat we think drives success:You are adaptable and open to learning new concepts and skills.
