Key Responsibilities
- Property Marketing & Branding:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for properties, enhancing the visual and digital presence of the properties.
- Design and manage signage, brochures, postcards, and other property collateral.
- Coordinate drone video shoots, professional building images, and other high-quality visuals to showcase properties.
- Create and update property websites to provide detailed, engaging, and up-to-date information on available listings.
- Own and manage LoopNet subscription for the Chicago market.
- Develop compelling LinkedIn announcements, case studies, and tombstones to showcase completed transactions and property highlights.
- Digital & Email Marketing:
- Design and distribute email blasts to a targeted audience, including owners, potential investors, and tenants, with property updates, open house invitations, and promotional content.
- Develop and send regular SIOR & AIRE Eblasts, ensuring content is tailored to each audience segment.
- Maintain property listings on LoopNet (Silver) and Costar, ensuring accuracy and consistency in listing details and updates.
- Leverage social media and digital channels to amplify property visibility and attract interest.
- Property-Specific Marketing Materials:
- Develop site plan boards and other visual aids to assist in property tours and presentations.
- Manage the creation of owner reports, providing updates and feedback on marketing efforts and property performance.
- Brainstorm and introduce new property marketing ideas and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Market Research & Reporting:
- Update and maintain submarket aerials, ensuring accurate mapping and market visuals for sales presentations.
- Gather, analyze, and report on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform ongoing marketing strategies.
- Work closely with brokers and the team management to ensure seamless communication and alignment with property goals.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work collaboratively with the sales and leasing teams to ensure marketing materials meet their needs and are aligned with overall sales strategies.
- Coordinate open house invites and events, managing logistics and ensuring effective marketing and follow-up.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 68,000.00 - $80,000.00
