Role Description

The Manager - Business Development is a full-time on-site role based in Taguig. The manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and monitor market trends to drive revenue growth. The role will require creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success. Additionally, the manager will analyze performance metrics to optimize results and effectively communicate goals and forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning

Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management

Effective Market Research and Analytical abilities to identify trends and opportunities

Proficiency in CRM Platforms and familiarity with MS Office Suite

Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in working with global clients is an advantage

Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced professional environment
