Qualifications

•Education and work experience: BA preferably in Communications or Education; preferably 1-2 years of professional experience in a business setting

•Creative thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills

•Good knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and willingness to learn new tools quickly

•Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

•The candidate will support the Global Leader of the Industrial Goods (IG) Academy and the global Practice Area Management & Operations Team of the Industrial Goods Practice with the execution of our people & affiliation agenda, particularly the IG Academy

•Support content pipeline for virtual live and recorded trainings incl. podcasts, working with senior stakeholders and peers to identify content, manage speakers and assist with scheduling and execution

•Support organization of virtual and in-person live events incl. ideation, scheduling, communication

•Support internal marketing efforts by managing the IG Academy slack channel, helping to develop and post content

•Support internal communications to raise awareness and promote insights: format and send newsletters, prepare internal marketing materials, revise and update the IG Academy microsite with the latest information

•Assist with the development of materials for leadership presentations and virtual or in-person events

•Support other administrative tasks linked to the IG Academy as necessary based on availability and demand

•The candidate will work closely with the Industrial Goods Practice Area Management & Operations Team in Germany, the UK, United States and India as well as the Global Leader of the Industrial Goods Academy in the US
