The company is private, profitable, and expanding quickly across multiple U.S. markets with a fully remote team.About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead and grow our People function. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the executive team.
You’ll oversee HR strategy, talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planningBuild and lead HR strategies that support business growthOversee hiring, performance, rewards, and employee engagementDevelop and support managers and team leadersEnsure compliance and strong HR processes across the organizationUse data to improve retention, performance, and cultureRequirements10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a VP, CHRO, or Head of People roleExperience in a fast-growing or distributed companyStrong leadership and communication skillsDeep knowledge of HR laws, systems, and best practicesExperience in healthcare, SaaS, or similar industries preferredWho You AreYou’re a people-focused leader who is both strategic and hands-on.
