The LMS Administrator and Instructional Designer will manage and troubleshoot the organization's learning management system, ensuring smooth operations for learners. In collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders, this position will design, develop, and curate engaging online courses, with a focus on professional development, software proficiency, and skills-based training. The role requires balancing technical administration with the creation of visually compelling learning objects and courses, including graphics, simulations, and interactive content.
