Since 1903, PCHAS has provided Christ-centered care and support to children and families in need. We serve children and families throughout Texas, Missouri and Louisiana through twelve core programs: Foster Care & Adoption (TX), Foster Care & Medical Case Management (MO), Itasca Foster Care Village & Education Program (TX), Elevate Mentoring (TX, MO), Transitional Living - Adults (TX, MO), Transitional Living Group Homes & Scattered Site Apartments (MO), Youth Outreach (MO), Child and Family (TX, MO, LA), Counseling Centers at PCHAS (TX, MO), Family Solutions for Kids (MO), Single Parent Family (TX, MO) and Growing Together (TX).Through these programs, we serve approximately 5,000 children and families each year.
