As our Marketing Officer in Davao/Manila, you will be the face of MMC in the Philippines. You will play a pivotal role in student recruitment, brand building, and agent relationship management.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students to our Melbourne and Sydney campuses.
Agent Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents; provide updated course information and marketing collateral.
Content Creation: Localize marketing materials and manage social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) to resonate with the Philippine market.
Events & Seminars: Organize and represent MMC at education fairs, workshops, and on-site seminars.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within the Philippine international education sector.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in marketing or student recruitment (Australian VET sector experience is a plus).
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Filipino (Tagalog or Bisaya for Davao) and professional proficiency in English.
Network: Existing connections with Philippine education agencies.
Skills: Strong communication, public speaking, and digital marketing expertise.
Mindset: A proactive, independent, and “can-do” attitude suited to a satellite office environment.
