About the Role

We are seeking a mature and self-sufficient Senior Flutter Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills of an experienced coder, but also possess the professionalism and maturity to manage their own work from start to finish. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will be expected to work independently, ensuring all deliverables meet the high standards of our European clients.We need a professional who can deliver high-quality, well-documented, and well-tested work.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with international clients to clarify, refine, and document project requirements.

Actively participate in architectural design discussions and provide input on technical solutions.

Manage and deliver assigned work packages with minimal supervision, ensuring projects are on track and meet all deadlines.

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Write and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and quality of your code.

Document your work thoroughly, including code, technical specifications, and project-related decisions.

Optimize app performance, security, and scalability.

Integrate APIs, third-party services, and native platform features.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven professional experience as a Senior Flutter Developer (3+ years).

A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver complete, high-quality projects.

In-depth knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart, with a strong understanding of mobile design principles.

Expertise in state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX).

Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, or similar backend integrations.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app deployment on the Play Store & App Store.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with remote teams and international clients.

Demonstrated maturity and initiative, with the ability to manage your own workload and proactively solve problems.
