该职位来源于猎聘 Main responsibilities:Independent desk research:Conduct secondary research from a wide range of sources to support project work and meet company’s secondar research needs includingInternational and Chinese healthcare databasesChannels such as widely used pharmaceutical WeChat accounts.Investment-related information: stock market websites, investment analysis sites etc.Checking pricing and bidding dataPolicy trackingApply innovative research techniques (I.e. AI tools) beyond traditional methods and technology including:Setting data alertsTracking keywords on targeted sources automaticallyData gathering, filtering, redundant management and QCDeveloping and adopting automatic tools to improve efficiency of secondary researchResearch analysis and summary:Identify and analyze key findings and trends with senior guidanceSummarize logical research based on study resultsResearch tracking:Track research findings on a regular basisReport writing:Report writing with senior guidance to ensure quality deliverablesPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Role Requirements:Two years or more of innovative secondary research experience in the healthcare industry, primary and MR experience is a plusMaster’s degree or above;Excellent ability in literature searching preferredWritten and spoken fluency in both English and MandarinProficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
