Qualifications

•Minimum of 3 years recent high volume, fast paced recruiting experience

•Education- High school diploma required

•Will be required to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which includes criminal background check, credit check, and drug and alcohol test

•We also require supervisory references and education verification

Responsibilities

•Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for our Hydrovac Operator and Assistant Operator positions and any additional field operation roles as assigned

•Partner with business and operations leaders on critical talent attraction initiatives with a focus on operator hiring
