Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Officer located in Naga. The Program Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and monitoring sustainable development programs. They will work closely with stakeholders, partners, and community members to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include preparing project reports, conducting resource mobilization and advocacy, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation

Skills in Stakeholder Engagement, Partnership Building, and Community Development

Excellent Communication, Report Writing, and Presentation skills

Experience in Advocacy, Resource Mobilization, and Sustainability-oriented Projects

Flexibility to work on-site and effectively engage with diverse demographics

Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Work, or a related field

Proven experience in program or project implementation for social development initiatives
