The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand recognition, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives. This role demands a creative, strategic, and data-driven leader with extensive experience in both traditional and digital marketing channels within the F&B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
Lead brand development, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals.
Manage and oversee marketing campaigns including content creation, promotions, events, and advertising.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Oversee the digital presence including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience in the Food & Beverage industry with restaurant background
Senior-level experience and expertise required for this Marketing Manager position.
Proven track record in leading successful marketing strategies across traditional (TV, print, outdoor) and digital platforms (social media, paid ads, influencer marketing, CRM).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
