Responsibilities

•The Investigations team is responsible for reviewing respective fraud claims and recovering funds via suspect liability

•You will assess customer challenges in adherence with Federal regulations and association guidelines with a focus on minimizing losses for Barclays

•Evaluating all avenues, including working with local authorities, to resolve fraud claims

•Making outbound calls to customers and merchants, always following association guidelines

•You will be managing your assigned case volume and ensuring adherence to department quantity and quality standards

•Working in a blended call taking and case handling environment

•Proactively identifying service delivery failures and escalate issues to appropriate business owners and leadership where appropriate

•You will be reviewing new fraud claims and exploring any potential recovery opportunities to minimize net losses

•Performing account handling in a timely manner to achieve maximum recovery
