SMC Stock Transfer Service Corporation (SMC STSC), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation that acts as transfer agent and/or registrar of corporations, to register all sales, exchanges or other transfer of shares of stock of the corporations concerned, and to enter and note such transactions in the books of the client corporations.Minimum Qualifications: Must be a licensed CPAPreferably with at least 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to applyAttentive to details and have excellent written and oral communication skills.Able to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.Job Overview:Prepare the books of accounts and financial statements of the companyHandles the filing and remittance of BIR tax returns and other tax mattersReconciliation of accountsHandle treasury functionsPerform other finance and tax-related tasks that may be required from time to time.
