Role Description

The Co-Founder will be charged with shaping the strategic direction of the company, developing and implementing business growth strategies, and building partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing sales efforts, conducting market research, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The Co-Founder will also collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, interpret data, and make informed business decisions

Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, including the ability to drive business growth and develop promotional strategies

Strong Research capabilities to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities

Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives

Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
