Job Details

Clario is seeking experienced Clinicians to support global clinical trials through remote diagnostic assessments and rater reviews. These contract roles are open across US, EMEA, and APAC, and require bilingual fluency in English and one of the following target languages: Korean, Chinese, Malay, Japanese, Danish, or Dutch.

What you'll be doing

As a Principal Clinician IR/IRev, you will evaluate patients with psychiatric and neurocognitive conditions using standardized diagnostic and symptom rating scales. You’ll also review and provide feedback to site raters to ensure high-quality data collection and scoring.

Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluate symptom severity

Review and score site assessments; provide feedback for quality assurance

Train site raters and participate in calibration exercises

Submit accurate data using GCP and study-specific conventions

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure protocol compliance and data accuracy

Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing scoring exercises

May lead or contribute to major research projects

What we're looking for

Master’s or Medical degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, or Nursing

2+ years clinical experience diagnosing/treating psychiatric or neurocognitive disorders

Experience administering standardized assessment tools preferred

Knowledge of GCP guidelines

Strong communication skills, oral and written

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Korean

Fluent in English and Korean

2+ years Movement Disorder experience with HAM-D and MADRS

2+ years Alzheimer experience with ADAS-Cog, MMSE, ADCS-CGIC

Doctoral-level Movement Disorder Specialist

Chinese

Fluent in English and Chinese

2+ years Schizophrenia experience with 25+ PANSS administrations

Doctoral-level Movement Disorder Specialist

Malay

Fluent in English and Malay

2+ years Alzheimer experience with 75+ ADAS-Cog, MMSE, CDR, RDV reviews

Japanese

Fluent in English and Japanese

2+ years Alzheimer experience with ADAS-Cog, MMSE, ADCS-CGIC

5+ years Schizophrenia experience with 50+ PANSS (or similar), OR

2–5+ years with 25+ PANSS and relevant medical degree (Doctoral, Doctor, or Bachelor of Medicine)

Danish

Fluent in English and Danish

Doctoral-level Movement Disorder Specialist

Dutch

Fluent in English and Dutch

2+ years Alzheimer experience with ADAS-Cog, MMSE, ADCS-CGIC
